The project includes an office building of 24 floors (110 m) built on a two-story podium. It holds over 300 office units and around 175 retail stores.

The main design concept was to achieve the highest exposure to the surrounding view, thus enriching the user experience by creating a positive, comfortable work environment.
The offices are designed around a central court, allowing natural lighting and enhancing the building’s interior design experience.
With retail shops oriented around a central plaza, this design creates functional retail shops with good accessibility and exposure to users and simultaneously allows better circulation and an enticing shopping experience.
